The effectiveness of vitamins has been intensively studied by many international organisations and research institutes. Unfortunately this research has never been published in a suitable way to help the consumers compare the different supplements and weight loss products available on the market.

It has therefore been very difficult for patients to conduct their own research on the effectiveness, safety and quality of the many supplements available on the quickly changing market. We have conducted extensive research on a large number of different supplements. Below we are publishing an overview based on the results of this research. As expected by the institute's research team, a large number of supplements that have been researched have proven to be ineffective or even have serious side effects. On the other hand, our research team has identified a number of supplements that offer the consumer very good value for money in combination with no or few side effects.
